Terms & Conditions – Referral Rewards Program

1. Eligibility

   • Referral rewards are available to clients who have successfully referred Singh Sardar Productions to new customers.

   • A referral is considered valid only if the referred client completes a confirmed booking with us.

2. Reward Process

   • Referral rewards are decided solely by Singh Sardar Productions. The company reserves the right to determine the reward type and amount.

   • No individual may ask, demand, or force the company to provide or alter a referral reward.

   • To claim a reward, the referrer must fill out the official reward form with accurate details.

3. Reward Conditions

   • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • Singh Sardar Productions may change or discontinue rewards at any time without prior notice.

4. Limitations

   • Multiple referrals are allowed, but each referred client counts as one reward opportunity.

   • Self-referrals are not eligible.

   • In case of disputes, Singh Sardar Productions’ decision will be final and binding.

5. Privacy

   • Any personal details provided will be used only for processing rewards and will not be shared with third parties.
