How booking works
Send your event details. Date, venue, rough guest count and how many hours you think you need. The form takes about two minutes.
We reply with a written quote within 24 hours. It lists what’s included, the total and the deposit — in writing, before you decide anything.
A deposit holds your date. Popular Saturdays in the GTA go weeks ahead.
We speak before the event. A short call about the running order, which family members you want photographed, and the moments that matter to you specifically.
Delivery in 2 to 4 weeks. Edited, colour corrected, in a private gallery you can share and download.
We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead, particularly for weekends. Last-minute bookings are possible with at least 24 hours’ notice when a team is free.
We work across the Greater Toronto Area
We are based in Brampton and cover the full Greater Toronto Area: Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Caledon, Markham, Oakville, Georgetown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke and Guelph. Most of our work is in Brampton and Mississauga banquet halls, community centres and family homes. If your venue sits outside the GTA, tell us where and we will quote the travel separately before you commit to anything.

How much does birthday photography cost in Brampton?
Birthday photography and videography packages with Singh Sardar Productions start at $450 CAD and go up to $1,350 CAD for coverage with one photographer and one videographer. For larger gatherings or more comprehensive coverage, packages can go up to $2,500 CAD, depending on factors such as coverage hours, guest count, location, and services selected — including photography only, videography only, or a combined photography and videography package with professional editing. Most birthday celebrations in the GTA fall within the middle of this range. Send us your event date, venue, and estimated guest count, and we’ll confirm your exact price in writing within 24 hours.
What is included in a birthday photography or videography package?
Every Singh Sardar Productions package is available as Photography Only, Videography Only, or Photography + Videography. All packages include professional equipment, in-house editing, high-resolution photo delivery, professionally edited photos and/or video, full download rights, and private online delivery within 2–4 weeks. Send us your event date, venue, and guest count, and we’ll confirm the exact package and pricing in writing within 24 hours.
Do you provide a second photographer or videographer for larger birthday events?
Yes. For larger birthday celebrations, Singh Sardar Productions can add a second photographer or videographer at an additional cost, which will be clearly mentioned in your custom quote. This allows us to capture multiple angles at the same time, including key moments on stage as well as candid guest reactions. As a rule of thumb: under about 60 guests one person can cover the room properly; above roughly 100 guests a second shooter stops you losing the stage moment while the camera is with the family; above 150 we would strongly recommend it. Simply share your guest count when requesting a quote so we can recommend the right team size for full coverage of your event.

How long until we receive our edited birthday photos and video?

Singh Sardar Productions ensures all images and footage are professionally edited before delivery, including colour correction, audio enhancement, and highlight selection where applicable. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the size and complexity of the event, but we always aim for timely and high-quality results for clients across Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Do you offer both photography and videography for birthday parties?

What happens if our birthday event runs longer than planned?
If your event runs longer than the scheduled coverage time included in your booking, additional coverage can usually be arranged, subject to photographer or videographer availability. Any extra charges will always be discussed and approved by you before extended coverage begins, ensuring complete transparency with no unexpected costs. Yes.
