Birthday photography and videography in Brampton and across the Greater Toronto Area costs $599 to $1,799 CAD with Singh Sardar Productions. First choose how long you need us: Classic for 2.5 hours, Signature for 3.5 hours or Elite for 5 hours. Then choose photography only, videography only, or both. Classic starts at $599, Signature at $799 and Elite at $999. Every video package includes a cinematic highlight film, a full-length video and crisp HD audio. Travel anywhere in the GTA is included, and there are no hidden fees. We usually have discounts running, so check our current offers before you book to get the best price. Any discount you qualify for comes off these prices, and we confirm your final price in writing.
Singh Sardar Productions offers three birthday photography and videography packages in Brampton and across the Greater Toronto Area, designed around how much of your celebration you want preserved.
Classic — 2.5 Hours
A great choice for capturing the essential moments, including decorations and setup, guest arrivals, family and individual portraits, cake cutting and candid moments. Pricing starts at $599 CAD for Photography, $699 CAD for Videography, or $999 CAD for Photography + Videography, including 40 professionally edited photos.
Signature — 3.5 Hours
Designed for celebrations with more happening throughout the event. Along with the key moments, Signature gives you time for speeches, toasts, special entrances, performances, family activities and more candid interactions. Pricing is $799 CAD for Photography, $899 CAD for Videography, or $1299 CAD for Photography + Videography, including 50 professionally edited photos.
Elite — 5 Hours
For families who want to capture the celebration as a complete story, rather than choosing which moments to leave out. Elite gives us time to document the event from guest arrivals and family portraits through cake cutting, speeches, performances, dancing, candid interactions and the moments in between. It includes more extensive coverage, high-quality audio for video, and 80–100 professionally edited photos. Pricing is $999 CAD for Photography, $1,199 CAD for Videography, or $1,750 CAD for Photography + Videography.
If your celebration is a larger event, has multiple activities, or you simply want more of the day preserved, Elite gives you the most complete coverage and the freedom to enjoy the event without watching the clock.
Every package includes professional equipment, in-house editing, full download rights and travel anywhere in the GTA.
Additional Coverage: Extra hours are $120/hour for Photography, $150/hour for Videography, or $250/hour for Photography + Videography. For events with 150+ guests, a second shooter is recommended and is available at $90/hour for a photographer or videographer only and $150/h for both together.

How our pricing works
Hours of coverage. Most birthday parties need three to five hours: an hour before guests arrive for decor and setup, then through the speeches, cake and the first hour of dancing. If you only need the cake cutting, Classic at 2.5 hours is enough. Extra hours can be added on the day at a flat rate — $120 per hour for photography, $150 for videography, $150 for photo and video together — and we confirm the cost with you before we keep filming.
Photography, videography, or both. Every package is priced three ways. Photo and video together is always cheaper than booking the two separately, because one team covers both.
Guest count. For about 60 guests, one person can properly cover the room. For groups of roughly 150 guests or more, we strongly recommend a second shooter so the stage moment is not lost while the camera is with the family. A second photographer or videographer is $90 per hour; adding both is $150 per hour.
Areas we cover
Travel is included anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. We regularly photograph and film birthdays in Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Caledon, Markham, Oakville, Georgetown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke and Guelph. If your venue is outside the GTA, tell us where it is, and we will confirm the travel and fuel charge before you book.
